The skulls on this bracelet are very well polished and solid, which gives it a nice feel and weight. They are also arranged in a way so they are never laid upside down on your wrist. The O rings linking the skulls are also a nice heavy gauge for a good look and security. each skull measures about 9/16" X 3/8" (18 mm X 9 mm).
